1. Introduction

• You must be at least 21 years of age. We do not permit access to any person under 21 years old. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited or where accessing the platform would constitute a violation of applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of zk222 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold only one registered account on zk222. Creating multiple accounts, whether through the same device, IP address, payment method, household, or any other shared identifier, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses therein.

zk222 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or suspension.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. zk222 cannot be held liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You must promptly notify us if any of your registered details change, including your contact email, phone number, or payment method.
• zk222 may, at its sole discretion, decline a registration application or close any account without prior notice if it determines that any eligibility criterion has not been met or that the account poses unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

zk222 supports a range of payment methods specifically suited to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, as well as international card options such as Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. zk222 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Any deposit found to have originated from an account not registered in the player's name will be returned, and associated bonus entitlements may be cancelled.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure applied consistently across the platform.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Most bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are completed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 2-5 business days. zk222 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• zk222 reserves the right to request additional KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests exceeding certain thresholds.
• Any balance in a player's account that has been dormant for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee at zk222's discretion. Players will be notified in advance before any such fee is applied.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

zk222 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms outlined at the time of the promotion.

• Any bonus funds that remain in an account after the promotional expiry period without being played through will be removed automatically. Real-money balances are not affected by bonus expiry.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or using multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• zk222 reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus or promotional reward if there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, system error exploitation, or breach of any portion of these Terms.

6. Responsible Gaming

We strongly encourage all players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through their account settings. 7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform content without the express prior written consent of zk222.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk222, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if zk222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall zk222's total aggregate liability to any player, arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform, exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their zk222 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

10. Amendments to These Terms

zk222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, without prior notice to individual players. Any changes to these Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the zk222 platform after any such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms. 11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the parties may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels in accordance with applicable law.
